While in the military I had the experience of spending quite a lot of time in the amazon... I've had my fill of snake and spiders and yes, I don't care for either nor do I care for "the rain forest"... F**k that, it's a JUNGLE!!!!

I did lean up against a tree once... One of those trees that looks like all roots going up... after 10 minutes or so it moved... It was actually a snake body intertwined with the tree I was leaning on... about 15 - 20' long... I unloaded 2 magazines of 9mm as I ran through the jungle, throwing off equipment as I went... So, I can't look at an earthworm today without flashbacks...
Did I mention the foot-long spiders they have down there???

I did reference western US......aggressive snakes in southern US, Australia, the jungle environment, etc. are shoot to kill in my book. I've played in a 4 day golf event at Reynolds Plantation south of Atlanta (3 courses with water everywhere) three times and the number, size, and aggressiveness of the Copperheads on nearly every hole there is alarming........you don't encroach their environment and maintain a minimum 10' rule if you're quick.

Sorry if I came across as insensitive and thank you for your service.

Oh, I didn't mean to come off as "Sally-Sensative" as I can laugh about it and most people who hear the story do. Perhaps I left out the "screaming like a little girl" as I ran while unloading my MP5 above my head pointing backward!!!
Happy to have served, gave me great bar stories...

Accelerating is optional...........stopping is mandatory. Your car WILL stop one way or another.

Not mine, taken at a FCA meet a while back. I'm more the 599 type!

I'm still old school F40/50, but the 599's are hot!
