I've worked on that car. Its currently falling apart. The paint is cracking on it. The interior panels have been repaired or replaced a few times from warping. Its had some issues. Few years ago at Barret they had some hood support strut locks in it to keep the hood from closing because it closed on someone at a show from all the body filler in that hood and the staff at the auction tried to close the hood and broke one of the hinges.

I guess that proves you can't judge a book by it's cover. Beautiful car, but sounds like the project build was suspect.
