Okay --- So I know this isn't pro touring and most of you aren't interested -- but here goes with some more updates. The good craftsman over at SAR are busy guys!
Here's the front "valance"? for lack of a better description. Note they bobbed the frame horns a bit... MUCH better in my opinion (the only one that really counts since I have to claim ownership!

)
Not sure who this guy is....

(J/K) But he knows a thing or two about metal... and he's going to start to mock up the headers.
A mock up of the console....
The completely refurbished heater has been hung by the chimney with care...
So wheels and tires are on order -- the headers are being mocked up -- all the fuel injection stuff is here... and we're busy redesigning the exhaust tips -- for something other than the "Ferrari 458" version. Stay tuned for that. The shifter falls right to my hand -- PERFECT! Love it... and the pedals were repositioned to be more correct. Also picked out the square weave carpet -- from the "air craft" version -- which is a much smaller tighter weave. And picked out the banjo style steering wheel which will be wrapped with leather to match the upholstery. So all in all -- moving right along.
I want the car DONE for Wheels and Waves in Santa Barbara, California mid May.... so I need to stop "adding" to the project.
