I'd definitely break up the color scheme with some contrast on the awning. To me, that's like a black car that's murdered out. I like the contrast of a red awning. Plus, it would match your matchbox toy, the 32.

I've asked the factory to do a rendering - with and without ghost flames - in the lava grey color... 'cause it's going to be lava grey - that part is "done". Now the choice is going "classy" with a grey awning -- or having some "fun" with the light yellow version.
I thought it was a choice between "Classy" and "Cute"

Okay -- Cute was Gwen's version.... "Fun" is my version.

I think if I was going to be parking at the local KOA old folks trailer park -- the "classy" (think old worn out - and velcro clill tennis shoes) version would be most appropriate -- but I see it at Infineon (now called Sonoma Raceway) - Thunderhill - or Buttonwillow as a "race rig" and the grey - with ghost flames on the nose - and yellow awnings would be "killer" and "fun" and my wife would think it's cute and claim it as her "idea"..... and with Charley's '66 or Jackass and my car parked under the awnings -- it would look like a bad ass race team!

On the Girard awning website they only offer two yellows -- and frankly - their website sucks.... but I was thinking the lighter pale yellow -- so it has light under it - but reflects the sun as well.

If I had that -- which is kinda kool as golf carts go (vs the rolls royce version) I'd have to have it make good exhaust sounds.

BMW was offering piped in sounds IIRC.

Iacocco was marketing this one...the apple didn't fall far from the tree.

Charley uses his Segway at track events -- which IMHO is brilliant!

I just ordered a pink Schwinn with banana seat and ape hangers.
