Steve I gotta let you know, Ever since I saw in the march PHR that Penny has been at don Lee I take a hard glance at don Lee's shop every time I drive down foothill just in case she is there. Some day, some day. I only live about 5 miles away.

What? lol

It's magazine etiquite to do a feature on project cars when they are done. Actually Super Chevy wanted it, but it's a PHR car.

Oh, I got your CD, but I need another one with HIGH RES pictures. I will send the this CD over to the Performance Pontiac guys

Unfortunatly, by the time you see it in the magazine the event is long past. I will be there in next few weeks with my Fairlane to do suspension and brakes stories. If you're in Rancho then you will see the car eventually. I plan at being at every event I can get to this summer. If the car is gonna be back over there I will shoot you a PM.

Steve,
Your car is looking awesome. I should stop by one day and check it out. I haven't been by since the blue car. Also, I sent you a PM about something else.

Talk later,

My harness goes through the trans tunnel above the bellhousing and toward the passengers side just a bit. The ECM is mounted where the heater core would normally go. Before painting the firewall I welded in a offset plate so there would be a place to mount the ECM without putting holes in the firewall.

When the car gets home I will get some pics and post them. Oh, my wheels are set to be delivered today

Default nice

I love this car. i love the articles in PHR about it. I cant find anything wrong with it cept make it a 69 and I would get the powersteering cap milled like a penny and coated copper colored and then I would sell it to me for a penny.
seriously though the colors on everything are great I love the engine color scheme.

The penny idea is cool.. hmmm.. I have a guy drawing up a "special" graphic based on a penny.. hmmm

Anyways.. time for an update..

Time for an update..

The Forgeline wheels are here..

And I have the Marques tail lights and American Auto Wire LED lights installed.. man, those suckers are bright! I painted the center of the lights for a more toned-down OEM look. nice stuff!
