I love how your "custom" builds integrate a lot of stock GM parts. Are the radiator top mounts a stock GM part also or something you had built?

Sled Alley built those but the rubber isolators are 2022 Caddy CT5. The lower isolators are 2022 full size truck. I’m sick and tired of failing radiators. Use the GM stuff and it should last 100k miles easy.

Your statement has me wondering..... "Failing" as in aftermarket vs. OE or just in general?

I thought the issues he had in the past (Red Devil or LT5) was not enough movement of the Radiator and Fans assembly even having it rubber mounted to the core. So he wanted to go with a frame mounted unit like GM uses in all cars to allow it to move around a bit and not break anything. At least that was the story on the Camaro's.

Yes, I was aware of that. I wasn't sure when he began the 'floating' mount locating vs the old school bracketry. My question was more toward is there still issues w/aftermarket radiators failing w/the updated mounting method?

Yes, Failing aftermarket radiators. They have gotten better.
