find out what spline the sway bar is and how big, order some new steel arms, install, mark, bend, trim to length and drill hole, use a couple 1/2 inch rod ends and a sleeve, this way you can put the sway bar 1-2 inches forward rather then try to design after gm did as it just will not work

You have several options.

You can also take that link off and grind the edge off of that bar right to where the link seal contacts with an angle grinder.

Move your bar forward a 1/2 inch.

Change your upper coil over mount to move it outward for less angle.

There where a few problems with the fabricated sway bar but most where fixed as installed.
