I know exactly what you're talking about and it's right over there on my drawing board!

As for a NW get-together, I hear there will be auto-crossing at Pacific Raceways this season. Anyone interested?

And I don't want to jinx anything, but everyone in the NW or anywhere else between here and Columbus is welcome to join us if things are on schedule in early July. After all, it is called Pro "TOURING".

Jason, Are you talking about the GG show? I missed it last year and should head up there.

Yes a PIR track day would be fun!! Not too sure about my completion time frame though?

We'll be there too and it's a really good show but we're also driving Chris' car to the GG show in Columbus which for anyone who hasn't been there is THE BEST show in the Country indoor or out.

The other thing I was talking about is a weekly autocross series at Pacific Raceways, formerly SIR.

Oh, and thanks for the love, Evan! "customcam"

Ah, ok thanks! All sounds fun but I better stay home (in the garage) for most of it...got a car to assemble! And there's always the family camping trips too!

Default Day 157 'til showtime

hey guys I am sending the rear-end out to get narrowed and need your opinion on wheel placement. 67-8 camaro rear quarters are hard to get clearance. here's what I came up with- does it look ok or are the wheels under too far?

i came up with 54.5 inches on the width with 19x10 inch rims with 4.25 backspacing- yes the car is mini-tubbed- just couldn't justify the extra cash for wider rims- my 295's almost have a 12 inches of footprint- thanks for your input- Chris

Looks way off to me. I am thinking .75-1 inch spacer or different rear end. Basically your rear is off by 1.5-2 inches.
