Thanks everyone, it means a lot to have all this attention on this little project already. The rendering is on the drawing board as we speak but I have to juggle it with paying client's projects so nobody is waiting on me.
The car is so clean and the color is so right for the car that the biggest visual change in the immediate future will be my favorite one; wheels and stance! Going to
www.j-rodandcustom.com Monday for mini-tubs and then probably get a narrowed 9" and some shiny new Baer brakes front and rear. Anyone in WA have a 3rd member with some freeway gears? All it needs to hold up to for now is the 300" nailhead.
Speaking of the nailhead, BooneDog is welcome to it when it gets swapped for something bigger but it won't be until next winter at the soonest because it runs so damn nice and summer is so close, I'm just going to handle the brakes, suspension, wheels and stance for now so I can enjoy it ASAP.
I'll get some really good pics before it goes under the knife on Monday so we can all say a proper good-bye to the cute little Grandma car and have a nice "before" shot of where it starts.
