Lol it matches the car! Classy red paint and black stripe. Maybe I can get it as a package deal

Do you guys think putting on a 69 Tail and side scoops would hurt the value of this car?

I really like the look of the Blacked Mustang from Year One and probably will shoot for that except for a little more chrome to break up the black.

@GergWeld: there's something VEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERY wrong about you :p
(though it looks like a really good frame table)

@Trey, there's never too much red, BUT you could try doing something original, but there aren't anymore original ideas, so being that hard, you'll have to innovate if you want to achieve something unique, so, what I'd do is paint it olive green, give it a stock look, but with some inches less, kinda big wheels (kinda, not too big) and a modern-retro interior. Now that'd be expensive, so, I don't know.

Here are some pics.. I think it will be a fun driver. Going to definitely need some new quarters though and a trunk lid. I could maybe save the left door but it's kinda bad. The car was really nice underneath and in the engine bay, just alot of surface rust and grime. The rear floors looked good and so did the passengers, the drivers had a spot up by the feet that was all the way through. The trunk looked good but the trunk lid was too far gone.

Trey --

Even if you get that car FREE... that is a very EXPENSIVE car...

I think this will be a cruiser/ daily driver to keep the miles off my 99 Trans Am.. Prolly going to just going to fix the floors, restore the engine bay, put on some rims and restore the interior, then drive it for a while and sell it. It will make a cool rat rod for sure.
