You might want to two tone the car if you are to stay with the purple (silver or dark blue)with a pinstripe to break it up.

I would definitely find another color for it.

Purple's not such a bad color, but the one you have just doesn't have any "pop" to it. That's all.

You could try a different purple like the one on this car.....

My $.02 anyway. Good luck with the project.

Yeah, that's a nice color. The paint on my car was suppose to be more of a blue and not so light purple. The paint looks wicked on a very sunny day and the pearl is coming through, but when it's cloudy or at night it looks tooo purple. It was one of those chances you that when you know it's going to look real good or real bad. It's just one of those $$pricey chances I like to take. I'm going to put alot more thought into the next color.

The stance of a car definetly makes or the breaks the car. To me, nothing looks better than a set of big, fat wheels tucked ever so slightly under the fender.

Right now I have a full fiberglass front end (which will be for sale soon - if anyone is interested) And I am going back to a full metal front cap. With the metal front cap and a 454 under the hood that should squat the front end and I have air shocks on the back, so I can drop the rear almost as low as I want. I plan on changing the rear shocks and just lowering the rear eventually.

somebody needs to do an early camaro an olive drab green pearl kinda color, kinda along the lines of the colors on "chicane", set that off with a variant green hockey, bumble-bee, or z/28 stripes. throw some giant billet ralleys on it and make it super low.

i think i might have to go find a camaro

The charcoal would be interesting.

I like some of the knew metallic yellows or copper colors coming out on OEM cars along the lines of the car in his Steve's avatar. The Nissan Murano had a nice sorta Bronze. The new Civic Si Coupe Habanero Red Pearl looks good too.

I also like solid colors with maybe an original style stripe. The car tends to look more timeless and isn't as easily dated.

If you like the non metallic colors and want to stay in the blue/pruple area, the Audi S4 had a bold blue color a few years back.

Newschool: love the bronco (and color) and the 67 (not the color ). So will you paint it yourself?

Oh, and glad to see someone else close to Memphis. Jackson is not to far from here.
