They are using a Sadev awd trans and front diff. The interesting thing is that the strongest trans Sadev makes is rated for about 500 or so lb/ft but there is no way that motor is making anything less than 650 or so.
I was thinking about that too after I looked at the pdf SBDave posted.
Maybe it's not a big deal as long as the car never hooks up?
Seems like I read that about the Quadraduece that Stielow built and Radrides re-did. Doesn't weigh anything and doesn't hook up, so the AWD doesn't grenade.... VERY interested to see if JetHot's Double Down lives up to it's potential.

I noticed Block's tires are paint labeled at the factory, it would be interesting to know the compounds (how hard and many) he uses.
If you want to nerd out over the detailed specs of the car, Chris Harris does a walk around of the "Hoonicorn" which was uploaded by the Hoonigans on YouTube. You'll want to watch it. I believe Harris also mentions that the tires are less grippy and produce more smoke than the normal tires.
Living what all of us can only dream about--well, me anyways. That was way cool. That motor RPM's quick---I love when he comes onto the 110 fwy--he bounces it off the rev limiter which is somewhere around 9g's. Sweetness!
