has your diet changed permanently? if so, how so? i mean the type of meats/fats? nuts? sugars?

Sugars are down to about zero..... Cut red meat by about 70%... eat raw veggies for snacks... rather than the usual grab some high fat high carb "snack". Yes -- I'm definitely watching what I eat.
