Thanks guys.... "Warm up" numbers were fairly impressive without any real tuning taking place. Next few days should be interesting.


Hey Ron, is their a target power number for that 'lil 427?

If your motor is a good intro to Ron's I'd like to see that as well. Would love to have that motor.

We're thinkin' 630 fwhp. It's got a relatively small cam in it built for fast revs and a tall/flat torque curve. Details and pics to follow in a few days as soon as it's buttoned up.

I thought that engine looked familiar! I just read the update on it. That thing is going to be nasty for sure! I think he said it hit 700 horses without a tune/final touches and on pump gas.

You guys dont want to see some 4th gen bolt-on, check all the after market vender boxes, street bruisin, show-n-go, pavement buckling Camaro with all these crazy ass, no expense spared 1st gen's floating around here, right?













.....of course, I suppose I could throw a couple pics up. That narrowed Midwest 9" rear end is pretty sweet
