That is awesome!
Is that a GM crate w/a Procharger added? What is the EFI set up?

Yes, it is a GM Crate 572 with a F2 Pro Charger. The EFI is an Edelbrock intake with Wilson elbow and throttle body. it will be running a Big Stuff computer

We have been making great progress on the metal work on this truck as well.

Before: large dent in the lower section and the tail light surround was distorted and rolled in from a collision:

After: like it never even happened.

We are just about finished with the passenger side quarter panel as well. Here are a few shots along the way showing the progress.

We started by making a set of dies for the Pullmax to duplicate the lower bead in the suburban body line.

We then created the main panel section to replace the rotted out areas. here is it test fit over the existing rust.

A rear section was then shapped to form the leading edge of the wheel opening.

Once the fitment was finalized, the two new panels were welded togetehr to create a single panel.

The rotted out section was then cut off the truck to reveal a nice foam inner quarter. I think this thing would have easily float with all the foam that we found inside!

The original panel next to the new panel. The new panel has the rear section of the original wheel opening attached to it. The center wheel opening portion of the new panel was lengthened to accommodate for the stretch in the wheel opening that we did on the other side of the truck.

The new panel being welded in place. We should have it all metal finished out early Monday.

Wow. You guys kick arse and take names huh. You must have an army of fabricators to get that much done on so many projects at the same time.

Can't wait to see more.
