Good for you Todd, My middle bro is going on 10 years now. His lifestyle changed so much in the first 2 years. He too is a realtor/broker, I remember him commenting once how is Sunday open houses went so much better after not going out all Satuday night and chewing a pound of breath mints for breakfast.
Btw- your a shoe-in for one liner King, but I think youve been to easy on everybody lately

Luke, You're right! It was GIN....nasty stuff! I thought I was sucking on a siphon hose in a tank of bad gas.
