Amazing work Dan as always. Going home Friday afternoon was a nightmare on 77 & 85. We had to get off on 74 because 85 was not moving.

Wow Dan it just keeps getting better and better!
Question for you, how do you make the corner pockets? Do you fab them up or do you use a punch type die or pull max or??? Keep the pictures coming please.

Default corner pockets

Rick,

Since all my bumper work is different on every project, I just hand fab the sheet metal pockets.


I "over" fab them, then trim, fit and weld into the car
