Don't mean to offend anyone, but I think the OP gets the point. The problem has been resolved. I don't get why everyone sees the need to keep bashing the guy with useless coments. He has 6 posts, maybe he has never bought custom parts, he was just looking for some advise. I get that some people on this site wipe thier ass with $67.00 but maybe it took him a year to save up for the hinges. I don't know the whole story, but like I said, I think he gets the point already.

I think the point is that he was told they would exchange them by Staci BEFORE he ever made the post. All he had to do is get them the paperwork, which he had. With that said, this one's done. I'm happy that he is getting taken care of, and that the Ring Bros. just proved again why they are held in such high regard.
