Haha yeah but my flares won't be as extreme as those going with a more shuttle approach, the main reason for the flares is the wheel well is rusted out so I have to replace the metal so I figure I'd might as well flare it so I can put some fatter wheels on. Those are cool flares though.

Flared the back of the car this past weekend.

I screwed in a couple sheet metal screws to do all of the adjustment.

Next I screwed in all the sheet metal screws so they would be easier to drill once I put the flares on for good.

Next was marking off where i needed to do the cutting.

After the cuts were made.

Next I spot welded the inner wheel well to the outer sheet metal.

I then started to put the flare on and started grinding the inner down till the flare fit.

Replaced the front fenders with 1 1/2" fiberglass flared fenders.

Decided to patch the holes where the side trim or side scoops would have gone.

Finished all the wet sanding and body work.

Fiberglass deck lid installed.

Shot from the front of the car with nose pieces all assembled.

Shot off the roof.

Right before car got sprayed.

First coat.

Second coat.

Back of the car all assembled. Thinking of removing the carbonfiber bumper and putting the chrome back on.
