This is my email to Frank on Dec 1, 2013. He has not replied since before I picked up my car on Nov 30.

Here is what I sent Frank:

I picked up my Camaro yesterday and drove it back to Maryland overnight. I'm sure you've been anticipating this email, even though I have already asked this, but where is everything? The wheels/tires, the radiator, the Wilwood brakes, DSE front subframe with coilovers. And all the other parts that were paid in full. I have rusted junkyard spindles with non functioning drum brakes with steel wheels with 2 lug nuts each. The engine wasn't even bolted to the mounts.

I was expecting the rust, but you didn't even spray anything on the mini tubs or frame rail connectors, which do not look like DSE frame rail connectors.

So where is everything and how do I get the parts or the money. Since you are declaring bankruptcy I would guess that you would rather get me parts. Do you have them?

I don't want to have to take this to the courts, but absolutely will if you do not make this right immediately.

Now for an update, I just got done unlocking the Camaro (I didn't get the keys back with the car and the doors were locked and the lock knobs removed). When I got in, I found a bunch of engine parts, listed below"

alternator/plug wires
water pump w/ pulley
Power steering pump w/ pulley
Some of my Vintage Air Front Runner brackets
Vintage Air Front Runner tensioner pulley
Edelbrock intake
Demon carburator
thermostat

the alternator is rusted, don't know if this is a part that can be rebuilt (see picture)
Rest of the parts are dirty and a little banged up

Interior is a wreck. Although not all of that is from Frank. The dash wiring looks like it was pulled down, though I don't think they were prepping for the center console mock up or install. So not sure why all the wiring is pulled out.

More in a second (note: the picture of the rear interior posted sideways for some reason)

The carpers are rolled up in the trunk, the battery is gone. I took pictures of the top of the SFC's in the floor of the back seat. They aren't as rusted as they are underneath the car. mini tubs are rusted in the trunk. Took some more pics under the car, of the rear end and drum brakes.

On an interesting note, there is a transmission bolted to the engine, with a bell housing, not sure if there is a clutch. Heck I don't even know what transmission this is. Anyone have a guess at what kind of transmission this is?
