I like everything off the floor so I know what you mean. I just went to Home Depot and bought the 12" white closet wire shelf cut it to length (including space for my MTB Downhill helmet) at the store. Bought 4 supports and in about an hour the race ramps were off the floor.

I noticed you have race ramps up off the floor - what kind of shelf is that holding them up?

I am getting a lift soon - and well mine are in the way....

Use a heavy duty (homemade) "towel bar" on the wall -- just slide the wedge end of the ramps in and they stay put right against the wall and be easy to extract to use.

Is the car under the cover a secret? Viper? Vette? Lotus?

When is it not a party in the garage?!? (especially as nice as yours is...)

It's a 2010 SLP575 BB Camaro and we can have a Party anytime.

Dang that is a great idea. I just ordered a set of trailer ramps and may be using this idea.

2nd Chance Camaro - Wegner Automotive LS1 is Complete
2013 01-06 Update - Wegner Automotive LS1 is Complete
www.2ndchancecamaro.com

Good Evening All,

The motor is back from Wegner Automotive. While it was there I had them completely tear it down
and check everything and install all of the new Parts. I think my favorite part is their new front drive
it's super clean and fights tight to the block

I couldn't be happier with the way the motor turned out. The motor dyno'd 468hp with a new Holley Carb
which should be more then enough to haul that mountain bike on the side of the car.

Kenny is going to have the "Edelbrock" and the horizontal lines on the Coil Covers painted White. I can't wait
to see them painted.

Trying to keep it simple all of the MSD wires will be wrapped in black nomex wrap from Tech Flex. We're not
trying to hide anything on this project.

I had the guys at Wegner replace all of the GM hardware with ARP hardware.

Good numbers! I'm actually seriously considering building my LT1 up to have mid 400s as well. I figure that will be more than enough go for a street car. It'll have a good sound too. No sense it going crazy when all you want to do is enjoy driving the car. I like the direction you've gone with this car. Good inspiration.

468 HP? Is that motor still stock displacement and stroke? It was an LS1 right? Those are impressive numbers.

Careful now, you know how those ARP bolts ate the truck's budget up !!!

Ok, they are like car candy and we just can't help ourselves ... oh all right, go ahead !

Great numbers on the motor ! Even the LS1 will do some impressive stuff. That will be fun.
