Good Morning All,

The truck is in Limbo right now.
I need to buy an enclosed trailer so I've spent all of my spare time looking for one.

In the meantime the Guy's at Rockford Racecraft have assembled the short block.
All the parts getting ready for there new home.

The infamous v6 Billet Crank.
For you v8 guy's these only take 6 to 9 months to get and cost a small fortune.
$3000.00

The Bowtie Block came from GM with ARP Studs.
Saves a little money there but then again the block wasn't cheap either.

The Crank Resting in it's new home.

Wait, I don't have any pics of the pistons in the hole.

Good Morning All,

Meet with the Interior guy last week and we are going to start working on the interior while I am waiting to go to paint.
Plans are to Haul the cab over to them early next week now that I have an Enclosed Trailer.

As promised pictures of the pistons & rods in the short block.

Dan at DLS set us up with the Cam Specs

Comp Cam built the Camshaft for us.

Cloyes Hex-A-Just Timing Chain Set

Cam is in the hole (in my best Bill Murray from Caddy Shack voice)

More cool tools that I can't afford.

Okay, I've finally bought a trailer from American Trailers 304.776.1680 (ask for Charlie)
20 Foot Haulmark Thrifty for $5230.00 and $167.00 for Delivery ($1.25 mile)
Couldn't be happier.

Taking the truck back apart this weekend and bringing the chassis over to the Fab shop
so they can make me a chassis dolly

Default 02-27-07 Update - Dedicated to Dave "Myclone"

Good Evening All,

This has been a very long week and a very sad Week.
http://www.syty.net/forums/showthread.php?t=46822
We lost a great guy in the SyTy Community and he will be Dearly missed.

One of his last post over on syty.net was in my build thread. Dave asked if I would adopt him.
The answer is yes but I think you a little to old to be my son and no you can't drive my truck.
So you are going to have to sit in the passenger seat.

The seat is yours Dave - gonna miss you big guy.

Okay I will try to go to back to the updates.

The New Head Gaskets arrived

Getting ready to rip the truck apart again.

Don't try this at home alone -- not a good idea.
Really I am going to buy a lift for my garage.

Wait I have an idea anyone want to sponsor me.

The Bed off and on it's body work stand.
Looks like I am going to need to contact Caleb and ask him if he set it up for 7 foot tall body men. :dunno:

Chassis sitting naked.
Actually I started doing a hardware inventory and it's time to get some new nut's and bolts.
