Well I was going to ask what causes this now I know. It seems like this is something thats going to take awhile if at all to figure out. I'm very new to this stuff but one question I have is, how do they deal with this on the ZO6 and ZR1 Corvette's or any car that has this type of setup for that matter??

Those car's arn't running live axle rears..

And most production cars have floating calipers. The rest have designs that don't lend themselves to movement like we have.

So I was going to keep a couple things a bit of a secret, but when Dick sent me this picture I just wanted to share it. Keep in mind it isn't done, and several parts of the design will be tweaked before it goes to paint, but even now I don't think it looks half bad.

Saw it at the shop today Matt - looked real nice. However, you can't have a hood like that and NOT have a twin-turbo setup wanting to be cooled by those vents!

I'm just sayin'. :-)
