Hang tight fellas. I've got photos, and vids to down load and my 12 hour work days tend to get in the way.

I'll leave you with this for now......we spent 6 hours and dynoed with intake lobe center at 104, 106, and 108 degrees, used three different carbs, two sets of headers, and made 23 pulls.

Not a whole lot of difference between the different set ups to constitute a change and all info still needs to be transfered onto a flash drive that I would like to filter through.

HP and torque came in a little lower on this dyno which was a bit disappointing and mostly on the hp side but as we all know all dynos are different among other variables. The cam was originally installed at 106 intake lobe center and we ended up setting the motor up with the cam straight up at 108. HP came in at 597 at 6300 rpm as opposd to the original 620, and torque came in at 557 at 4700 rpm's as opposed to when it was originally dynoed at 561 at 5000 rpm.

Thanks guys.....photos and vid to follow.

You can get a 3.5" 180 U bend, it should be a breeze.

Hey you know that is just for tuning purposes and you got that done. The real numbers that matter are those lap times at T-Hill and Sonoma.

Keep me posted on when you are getting out. I am there.

One more "whining" comment out of you mister and I'm going to remind everyone who fueled that little statement to be added to my thread title.

All kidding aside, thanks Greg. It definitely was a good time.

Yup, 23 pulls......seems like lots of thrashing but she seemed to hold up well. Joe's a solid guy and taught me quite a bit.

To be honest, the thing I'm happiest about most is she didn't leak a drop of oil.

Vince finished up the sway bar sliders weeks ago and we were going to drop motor in last weekend but figured it was best to spend Mothers Day with the wives rather than be in the dog house on Monday. On top of that he's buried and there isn't any room in the shop. We decided on Memorial Day weekend to drop the motor in and hopefully wrap up the sway bar deal.
Track day schedule pushed to June 30th at T-Hill with NCRC. I'm sure when Vince see's June 30th he'll breathe a sigh of relief.

Good to hear Gaetano, sounds like a solid motor. Look forward to some pics and a video or two.
