Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Progress as been slow. Anyway we got the LS7 motor running. Should be drivable in about two weeks. I will post a walk around video on you tube hopefully tomorrow.
Very nice car, AME designed a sweet frame, very clean looks on the IRS frame rail set up. Did you add in later the A arm mounts, the set up looks similar to Jakes front clip. Very tastefully done!

If I remember correctly that frame originally was done by Wayne Due....

Yes wayne due did do the frame but it was not correct. The front end geometry was wrong and we had to make new upper a arms. He chose a cobra r 3rd member which was almost impossible to get the half shafts for. In addition there was no way to remove the third member so we had to do some more re-fabrication. Bottom line is I was not happy for the price I paid.
Hopefully everything is fixed and we will find out in a couple of weeks.
Thanks guys it's been a long road with several obstacles. One being a 5 1/2 year divorce. Being in construction and dealing with a slow economy hasn't helped. The real hurdle has been that everything is one off on the car. We had to do everything custom. In addition to the video I will try and take some close up photos.
