Flush Windshield -

Are you just building up the area where the windshield sits so that it can glue in flush ? If so are you also "shrinking" the outer perimeter of the windshield frame to fit the glass ? I assume you aren't using an oversized Lexan piece but original size glass. I'm just curious how this is done, the picture you posted of the a-pillar to be honest looks kind of stock to me, I can't see where it has been built up in either dimension, although it does look smoothed like some metal work has been done. Anything you can do to explain this process is appreciated.

Maybe flush is not the proper word. I believe the windshield is from new stock. The gap the trim covers is reworked so that it is closer to the windshield then a modern windshield seal can be used which looks flush.

Hope this helps.

AL,

It will be at the Sema show this Year. The car is further along but I wanted to share all the pictures I have enjoyed.

Wayne,

I agree, you almost have to be holding on to something when you look at some of the pictures...ha ha
