Looking great! If you are worried about it just use PT sheathing on the bottom.

We use this a lot here in the NW on buildings....seems to work great!

NO WAY Tony someone might drip gravy on the new floor! ( You've never seen my wifes nephews eat before.) lol
I have the electric company engineer coming tomorrow to tell me where we need to put the temporary power. I hope she's reasonable.

I can see you going crazy over some spilled gravy...but later down the road a little Chevy Orange over spray put a smile on your face!

Got some framing lumber delivered today. They will be here tomorrow to start the framing.


Doesn't look like much does it.

We also had the engineer from the electric company come by and tell us where we could put the temp power for the house. It had to be moved because it would run right over the garage roof which is a no no. They did let me put a single temp service where I thougt we would need two poles. As long as the inspector alows it run on the ground in PVC temporarlly.
I'm going to try out the work the doctor did on my heart today. I'm going to try to dig the hole for the temp service. Ofcorse its raining. I'll have some pictures tomorrow.

Hope the weather cooporates while they frame it up for you Wayne. It's always exciting during the framing stage. You get the most wow factor when walls and rafters start going up.
