They delivered the keys for this building to me tonight.... Pretty stoked about that as now I can get going on the remodel and get all my stuff over here. Like Sieg said -- I'm having Tool Separation Anxiety!!
Took a 300' tape down there -- the building is 68' deep not the 60' as I had "stepped off".... and the semi rig is 65' so that will work out fine... unless I want to walk around it! HAHAHAHAHAHA

A commercial bldg away from the house
works great for me. Crank the stereo
and work late into the night with no one
complaining. Your buddies come by and bs
away and some times even help
Best part is you get to pick what you want to
hang on the walls and what height with no
comments from the peanut gallery or having
to say ok honey
My home away from home
Only thing better is driving the cars
Very cool, so much room for activities! Any major plans or just an upgrade and refresh?
Is this the one with the buried grow rooms, I mean "fuel tanks"
No hidden bodies or fuel tanks in this building.
It will get a full makeover - new roll up doors - rip all the office space out upstairs and re-do that to my liking - fir out the walls with 2X6 and insulate and sheetrock - and do a spray insulation on the ceiling - and turn one of the big roof penetrations into an exhaust with a motorized sky light. Fix up the electrical to my needs.

I've basically had that for the last 8 years or so... with the
shed having it's own driveway -- heavy insulation... and far enough from the house to not disturb anyone. I agree - home away from home.
Upstairs in the shed --- oh yeah! I can make some serious noise! And you're right Bob - no way you're bringing all this "crap" into the house!!
