Spring break is finally here, and Kasey is home. She had her upper wires removed Friday before coming home.

We took her to the Dentist today for her exam, and he is going to remove one more tooth. We setup an appointment for an oral surgeon on Thursday.

After the Dentist she wanted to go see the Marine Corps OSO to discuss OCS, something she has wanted for quite sometime. We talked to them for two and a half hours They are going to work with her as she recovers.

We went on a 4 mile run with Zeus on Sunday, needless to say I was the one worn out , I think I walked half of it

What gives? Even the dog is smiling, Joe, but you're not. Let me guess, you're smiling on the inside, right? Glad she's made a full recovery.

Trey, I get told by my wife I never smile in pictures.

I think it took my Daughter Rachael, 15 shots to get Zeus to look at her. By then he was tired from running, Kasey was just happy to be home, and the Old man was

But yes, I was/am a happy man, we all went that day, even though my wife and Rachael were way behind us

My wife actually runs more than I do so I shouldn't make light of that.

Thanks, Joe

I'm the same way with pictures a lot of times. I definitely get that way with multiple takes of a picture. I can smile for one or two takes. After that, I'm done with posing and ready to move on.

Great news Joe. Good to hear.
Awesome dog too! German Shepherds are the best breed in my opinion.

Great news Joe. I would say you should be proud of her wanting to do that but I already know you are!

Thanks Wayne,

Yup smiling like a Cheshire cat. My wife isnt happy about it at all,

Weve have had a little fun, hiking, and so forth. Took her for a ride in the torino the other day to Home Depot, scared her a bit.

Her ordeal is ongoing, she has had a couple of appointments this week, and will be delayed going back to college next week. They messed up in surgery a few weeks ago and didnt get all the broken teeth out. She has a surgery appointment on Monday. She is pretty upset because it could affect her grades going back late, which will delay OCS.

So I have a few ideas to cheer her up.

great to be a Dad

Joe
