Beautiful photos . you guys had me chasing a big 6" yellow and black butterfly with my camera to take a picture of it while my dog was trying to eat it. She was no help! Only got a shot of it about 15' away and from the front not the colorful side.

You should see this idiot trying to catch hummingbirds in the yard.

Them bastages aren't easy to photograph! I had one framed up in good lighting and composition and was just depressing the shutter to lock focus and shoot and my daughter yell's "dad where are MY shoes" and off it goes!

My wife was out for a walk the other day and took these pictures. The owl blends in pretty well to it's surroundings.

Really enjoy those birds, we have 5 or 6 residents at the ranch in Echo and a couple in the orchard behind the house.
