Sorry on a PC so can get to pictures easier now.

This is how the exhaust is now:

I dont like seeing tail pipes out the back of first gens anyway so if it went over the axle it would just end up dumping there.

Original plan was a side exit on the car (boom tube, flat tip) but it conflicts with the control arm on the quadralink.

I suspect this exhaust will be staying like this for some time unless the car is just too loud/unenjoyable inside.

Option B would be cut the trunk floor and go into the truck and come back down.

That looks like either Richmond or Sugar Land. I'm right around the corner. Also BSME, '05.

Got it out again today. Clutch pedal adjusted. Diff leak fixed. And raised front so it can turn. Pretty close to first official drive.

It's ready to come out and play!

Stance is about as good as it'll get.

Got the cooling system bled also so it ran for 15 min and got to 190deg and stabilized. Pretty happy with that. We'll see how it does when it's driven.

Even we're getting anxious for that first drive The ride height looks dialed in, though, and we like that the front tuck matches the rears a little more now.

The front will always compete with the rear as long as I have those big big tires back there. 345/35/18 are TALL in comparison to the front. To match on street tires I'll likely be going to 19s in the back.

Front drive will be happening soon!!!

Got a little more done this past weekend, but not as much as I'd have liked. Got the battery mounted and wires cut to length and secured. Wanted to clean it up a bit more on the brake lights but I came down with an illness that cut that Saturday short and has me out of work for now.

Maybe later this week.
