The spread of laws have nothing to do with CA maintaining its budgets. Its what the legi can get away with and how it is taken.
Some states have already adopted smog/emission laws that where created in CA. There is already talk of the CA blend fuels being used in other states. CA has been a test bed for many things and its just a matter of time.

Tell me, how long has Mass had the 10 magazine limit on semi auto weapons?

Yeah....no earth quake jokes from me. I can respect that you may be willing to live somewhere because it's a great place and certain laws don't mean much to you. However, I have to ask....what the heck makes you think/believe that the rest of the nation is going to adopt your states laws?

Not sure, Our leaders have no imagination and barely have a clue on what is going on. Im not just talking about the gun issues .I suppose we will see what happens.

The laws do bother me but it's not enough of a deal to pick up and leave my home , friends, family and business over.

Understandable. There's a line for everyone and those would be hard to leave behind. Hope it never crosses that line for you.

Clearly, there is a problem with Democrats and guns.

SOLUTION: It should simply be illegal for Democrats to own guns.
