It looks awesome, But what exactly are you hanging that exhaust from that they have to be so long, and how heavy is your exhaust that it has to be that strong. Just curious. Cool lookin parts, just seems like WAY OVERKILL.

Thanks Rodger! The hangers ended up being so long cause we are mounting to the side of the pipe instead of the top. Trying something different! This is overkill, I do agree with that statement but we like to make billet parts On the top we machined a 1/4 steel plate with mounting holes that we will weld to body & box.. We just don't want the exhaust moving since everthing is tight & dont want a rattling exhaust.

First exhaust we do here @ the shop that does not come pre-fab..

Oh come on now.. you've never been guilty of "overkill"?

Doesn't the exhaust grow when it gets hot?
Those look to be pretty buff and solid. When you look under a car there is the shaft and rubber gromet and the shaft is about like over 1/2 inch longer so that it can slide and move.

We have used this set up for sometime now on the pre-fab exhaust system we have done here @ the shop & had no problems with them.. The shaft with the nipple has never been a favorite of mine but will have them in both configurations..
