Small update. Got the headlights installed and wired up, horns wired up too. Need a hub puller so I can hook up the turn signal arm to ensure those work, and to hook up the horn button. May try to get that tomorrow, as well as a few other things.

Now to pics!
Headlights installed.

Horns Installed.

Wired up the lights and installed some front paneling (header panel). Pushed it out of the garage for a bit of sun, and to clean the garage as it has become a mess again!

Let there be light!

Light gives off a pretty decent pattern.
Off

Low Beam

High Beam

Started on the carpet also!

More to come tomorrow!
Awsome build man. Just wondering where you purchased the lights from. Did they come with relay and wiring kit as well?

Lights are from Amazon, they're Trucklite 27270C I believe is the part number. Wiring is factory, plugs directly into factory harness. The lights do stick out past the bezel a bit. I find it's less noticeable with the bezels that have the chrome surround.

I am not running them through a relay currently. They run 1.80amp (low beam), 3.60amp (high beam), so the switch is rated for well above that. No issues so far but haven't used them too much yet either.

Will, did the headlight buckets need to be modified much to get the lights in there?

None at all. Mod if you want to bring them back or further in. I didn't bother.

Thanks for the quick reply. I went a head today and placed an order of the trucklite 27270C headlights.

Also regarding the momo steering wheel, did you go with 320mm or 350mm size?

Sorry for the delay. It's a 320mm.

Thanks!

Driveshaft has been dropped off to be shortened slightly. Will be ready tomorrow, will re-install, change rear springs out as i'm maxed on existing ones and still settling here and there.

Glass install is ongoing. I need to get after it and get that finished. Waiting on a couple small misc parts to show up for door weatherstripping.

Cars and coffee today was good. Still no sideglass so I stuck by the car the entire time.
