Thats pretty. How did you deal with the nut end of the tubing so the thing screws together (frame to the crossmember)? Did you weld a plate across the tube with a nut on the inside? Does not look like any welding happened there. I would like to see more pics of the crossmember not in the frame.

When I go to the shop next week, I will get a few more pics for you. The small end pieces of the transmission mount which go around the exhaust rings on each side are solid 1 5/8" which have been drilled and tapped to accept a 1/2" bolt. The tubing that runs parrallel to the frame rails has a 1" insert which has been drilled to to pass the 1/2" bolt through. It has also been countersunk to hide the socket head. The actual transmission mount is split in half so the bottom half can be removed first, then the exhaust can be dropped down then the transmission mount can be removed.
