Phil shot me a picture of my old 390 mocked up in the chassis. We had traded some cad photos and measurements of dry sump pans so Phil could confirm which pan would fit and where it would put my motor in the chassis. Here the motor is moved back and down from stock relative to the body.
So I'm sold on going with Bill Daileys billet integrated pan and pump. Monday I'm buying one and having it sent to Phil for final mock up so RS can finish the motor mounts. With his pan the motor can drop close to 2" lower in the chassis. The bottom of this pan is only 1.8" below the pan rail on teh block.

If I haven't said it already Phil and the group at the RS are really a pleasure to deal with.
