Tom, I need you help agian with the wheels, what kind of lug nuts did you use, I tried to order some through Summit and all I got was a conversation of stupid, thanks
I agree on the TKO itself unlikely being the issue. Like Tim said above. I've spent hours on that subject researching threads, various sites, and phone calls as well.

good to see it moving!!!!
Thanks Dave and Tim,
And you guys are correct in that it was not the shifter lugs as it turns out my Hurst shifter was a little loose causing it to bind . I mounted my Kirkey seat with some Wedge engineering brackets I had. They are are not made for the seat but will for now and much safer until I can weld in the new mounts. I added some more gas and took for a quick spin. It seems to shift fine. I have a ton of work ahead but man driving the thing for a few minutes felt awesome I just barely tapped the pedal and the thing fish-tailed at roll. I guess I was surprised as I did not expect that a stock LS3 would feel so good. Bare in mind this thing has been a dead horse for many years so it has been a while since I have driven anything with that kind of power.
I need to get exhaust and a few things now so I will likely have no more test drives till then. But I can't wait.
Steve you are correct I am missing a few pieces I actually have all the sheet metal. I just needed some motivation and now have found some. I did not want to spend another dime till I drove it.
Congrat's Tom.I am sorry,Some how I have missed this thread.Wow!! awesome job.My very first car was a 69 chevelle. I love those thing's and would really like to find another some day.I am going to make sure I keep up on this build. Scott
