I woke up feeling sorry for our new president, he inherited quite a f'ing mess.lol
As long as we have 48% pulling the wagon, and 52% in the wagon, we are never going to fix this mess. Where is the insentive to come out and pull, it just makes the 48% want to climb aboard and look for our freebies. What happened to work ethic, and pride for a hard days work, its the fall of Rome.

I was going to put in my 2 cents but you hit it on the effin head sir!!!!

It would be a smart move for Blake to move operations to the country that buys 60% of his products. Catipillar and Chrysler/Fiat did the same thing in China.

Wow! 9 pages!! Couple things to add.
1. I've been told by a friend of mine (Mel Hancock, look him up!) that was a senator way back that as soon as they get to Washington, they work on getting reelected, NOTHING else. I do believe he was the exception.
2. The only "hope" we have is that the Mayans were right!! LOL!!
3. The REAL issue is that the USA has a spiritual problem, meaning that all morals and values and "standards" have been lost. It is "every man for himself" so to speak. The only thing it takes for evil to prevail is for the good to do nothing. Evil will do what it does best if allowed....bad things.
4. 1 Samuel 8:5-22 says a lot. Since we're talking politics, might as well talk religion!! LOL!!
5. We POSSIBLY made history last night tho! We were there when the USA had its last elected president!! Oh, and the first dictator of the USSA!! Dooh!!!

Oh, and thanks for keeping this open Jody. I assume it's a "special" just because of the current circumstance.

Yes -- the country has cast it's vote....

I think Americans have always been like this. We can bitch and gripe and disagree.... but we still RESPECT.
