Very nice, and the fact you did all that sanding by hand instead of sandblasting it impressive. I never would have been that patient and persistent. Good job!

I cant now remove it to the jig and deplace it where I want

Driver side trunk gape. I need to rework the corner but not that bad


Ive got a question, I want to fill the roof sail with lead but Im afraid with paint and plastic filler adhesion. Anyone did this ?
