Default II MUCH taking II LONG!

Hey guys,

Just curious how many other people are waiting for their orders from II MUCH? I ordered 2 VSRs over a year ago and haven’t received them. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. I’ve been on the website and “tracked my order” and started an online “chat” with no response. If you have received your order, how long did it take and what order # were/are you?

My order # is 3298

Sorry if this is in the wrong section…

-Drew

It took 5 months or so to get the one VSR I ordered (delivered Feb 2024), but I found email to their Support address got responses quickly. Your order # is older than mine so I would think you’d have them by now. Did you also order the fancy dual can holder bracket thing?

I sent John an email, I'll let you know what he says.

I didn’t order the bracket, just 2 catch cans… I did call but nobody answered at the time… John did call back and left a message, so I will try to give him another ring.

Thanks for sharing your experience.

Not sure if this is the response you're looking for, but I ordered two of the older versions some time ago and it took a while. Yes, John is slow to respond to emails/voice mails. Not sure why either. But, he does eventually get back to you and is a good guy. I wouldn't worry about being ripped off for sure. I know that has nothing to do with you wanting you parts that you paid for. Just trying to soften the situation. The parts are very nice when you do receive them.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered March 20th, 2023 Order# 3288. Still no delivery. Sporadic email responses, never answered calls.

At this point I just assume the order will never be delivered. Glad I'm not the only one.

this ongoing situation is exactly why I'm considering making my own instead of buying the IIMuch stuff, even though it's very nice.

Update:
After playing phone tag with John, I finally got ahold of him and my order SHOULD be shipped this week or next week (so I’ve been told). I did add the Ricks tank kit to my order, so hopefully that won’t create more delays.

I will update once my order has been received.

Side note: my emails weren’t being responded to, so best bet is to call the number on the website and leave a message. He did get back to me within a couple days.

It’s on the website, but I think it’s basically a dual bulkhead fitting, one for each vent from the tank.
