Default Needed something to do

So I got bored and decided to cut up my bumper. I think it fits the Marquez Lower valence these were made for smooth bumpers (I think). I still need to metal finish it. Not sure if I am going to have it plated or I will paint it????

that's always a good look

I shaved all the bolts off of my bumpers quite some time ago, now I'm thinking about tucking them in a little tighter. just don't know how much aggravation the brackets are going to give me

Would you care to do a step by step tutorial there...outlining the time and tools you used to make it work?

I'm thinking about doing this to my 69 Vette project - Not sure exactly what I'm getting into - and if I can pull it off with the limited tools I have...or what else I need.
