Default FNG from DFW

Hello, Im Chris. Joined because I am looking into what it would take to build a pro touring Truck. I currently have a 76 F100 Flare side that has no driveline. I am leaning toward LS swapping it. A CV frame swap is common, but not an option since it doesn't work with flare sides. It is in the research phase tight now, so no build thread.. but I hope not to bother too many people if I ask a ton of questions

Welcome to the site. If your stock frame is in good shape Ridetech makes a coil-over and air bag system for that truck. If you wanted a new frame and modern suspension Morrison should be able to help you out. There's several companies like DJM and others on Ebay that also do lowering kits, I'm just not familiar with them or how well they work.

You can always use a crown vic front suspension swap then get custom rear axles and re drill the drums ..or swap to discs for the rear to match the front bolt pattern

Welcome to the site. Sounds like a fun project. No Limit Engineering may also have components that can help you achieve your goals depending on budget. Best of luck. Ask lots of questions in order to lay out a plan. Then, stick to it. You can always start our simple and progress from there if you're new to building/modifying cars.
