Default Cadillac DBW TB on LS Engine

I am installing an STS-V supercharger on an LS engine. I am hoping to utilize the factory Cadillac TB so I can retain the factory intake plumbing. This is the pin out for the Cadillac TB. A connector with pig tail is available. Is it doable to wire it in place of an LS TB with wires of the same designation? an ECU has not been chosen yet so open to all options.

You will need to compare the pinouts to the LS ECU that you are using and wire it accordingly. If you choose an aftermarket EFI system, like the Holley, you will need to do the same thing and compare it to the Holley DBW schematic.

What is the issue with plumbing if you use an LS style throttle body? Is there interference with using the LS TB or is there vacuum lines going to the Caddy TB? I would think it would be easier to change plumbing vs the electronics, but without seeing it I'm probably wrong.

The Cadillac TB fits in the dog house (kind of what it looks like) at the rear of the supercharger. You're not wrong, I am hoping to find an LS TB that can fit in there. It would make controlling this thing considerably easier and cheaper. It wouldn't be too difficult to move it up stream a bit but I'm looking for an OEM look fit up. The big issue with the Cadillac TB is that I can't confirm throttle position sensors have the same curves or that the motors respond the same to signals as an LS one. Systems from Haltech or FuelTech can handle this no problem but they are big bucks.
