Default Ross Dorn's new 482 ZL-1 is starting to come together

Who manufactured the block? Obviously a 427 right?
Are those Diamond pistons in that box, it looks familiar?
Nice - love aluminum and big blocks.

That is the new GM ZL-1 block. Yes, those are Diamond Pistons, custom made because Mr. Ross wanted to keep it a standard bore.

Yeah, I never saw them in person. The engine guy that put them in my motor swears by them - but I wanted your expert non biased opinion - thanks. Its running on all eight!!!! (inside joke).

Yep all done and a check sent.He said the crank will take awhile because of the holidays and PRI.So Im looking at february or so.
