Nice. I have heard good things about HOD - have you run with them before?

I am trying to run NASA @ Sonoma March 16-17 if all works out.

I'm playing everything on a month to month basis. Wifes health isn't too great, monitoring that.
I'd like to do 5/6 a year. I need to look into HOD more.
I find Sonoma intimidating....
Loved Loved Laguna, want to go back in the dry times...

I've ran with HOD a bunch, they are my go to so to speak.

It's organized very little drama and I get 5-6 runs a day.

Sonoma was interesting on Monday..very cold / iced over track went off once entering the carousel and turn 10 was wild went into it fairly sideways sliding on ice....

Once the sun broke at noon changed the conditions and the afternoon was great but still very cold track conditions.

i was on the NT05's from Nitto and wished i put my PS4's on.

I'll be back in March just deciding the day..we will keep you posted

Sounds sketchy!

NT05's... ran those 7 or 8 years ago. Sooo many better tires available now.

What about the Bridgestone RE71's everyone raves about?

I just signed up for HPDE3 with NASA next month.

I've got one day left on the tires..and my mistake they are these nitto's 01's

https://www.nittotire.com/competitio...d-course-tire/

They are the new version of the NT05, and i'm not super happy with them they track and only work well half shaved.

Send me a PM on the NASA date, i'm a member as well.

I ran the RE71R's to make Cam-T class in Auto X amazing tire. Honestly they grip just as good as the Nitto with a 100TW.

I think i'm going to switch back to the Goodyears the car came with.

https://www.goodyear.com/en-US/tires...f1-supercar-3r

They are a little bit more $$ but a much better tire than the Nitto.
