Default Shout out to Ring Brothers awesome customer service

I had an issue with a Ring Brothers product and talked to Marissa the sales manager yesterday at 12 noon, and i just received a replacement today less than 24 hours later! Not many places have the level of customer service that Ring Brothers has. A+

They are great guys, and a very well run company. Of course a top-notch product too.

They're the Gold Standard when it comes to customer service IMO.

totally agree, had an issue with one of the door handles and without hesitation they sent out a replacement via 2 day air.
