Default Rear Axle Bearing?

I was looking for some feed back on the type of axle bearings being used by the Pro-Touring cars. Mostly I need info from folks not using a floater assembly, but I will take any information you are willing to share.
Let me know what type of bearing (Ball or Tapered) has worked well and what has failed.

Thanks for your time.

Wil.

I think to even have a chance you must run the Set20 tapered bearing. I went through a lot of them in a short amount of time. The biggest problem wasn't so much the bearing but keeping the retainer from bending and then not having any preload on the bearing....in my application anyway.
