I personally think you'd be happier with something like a 220-226 @ .050 on a 112 or 110 LSA. If it were mine I'd go with the Steeda 18 again (220/226 @ 112 LSA) or a XE262H (218/224 @ 110 LSA) would be also be a good option for a 302 imho.
Again, just my humble opinion but to take advantage of the 224-232 cam you'll need more cubic inches... more cubes would also make better use of those TFS heads which flow around 250 @ 28"... now would be a good time to do a 331 or 347 stroker! I'd prefer the 331 for the shorter stroke and reduced side loading. (exactly why my Pontiac 400 is now a 440cid stroker).
Anyway, my 90 GT 302 with the Steeda 18 ran an 11.93 back in the day fwiw... before I add the Paxton supercharger. e-heads & intake, Steeda 18 and BBK headers/x-pipe/exhaust. HTH
You'll hit your 350hp mark... 300hp to the tires with the 5-speed is a lot of fun in a Fox body!
p.s. I'd run 3.55 rear gears if it were mine and I wasn't looking for every 10th in the quarter.

All good food for thought, thank you!
I'm inclined to agree with you on the gearing, but the car is currently equipped with the 3.73s, so for now...
Also, the bottom end has already been rebuilt, so I was just going to start with that. A high-revving 302 sounds like a blast, hence my cam choice. It's also why I'm considering the ITBs. They should smooth out the larger cam.
I'm also thinking of eventually going with a 6-speed.
Hmmm...
