intake...TBI vs. Ram Jet 350

i'm in the process of taking a 350 out of a 92 buick roadmaster for a future project. it's got the factory tbi. now given the mileage on this car it'll be going through a re build and to add some go fast goodies. i will also be pulling the factory transmission along with the computer to maintain the element of modern.

the factory hp numbers are pretty lethargic on the roady. and since i'll be adding to the block and other areas anyways is it worth while changing out the factory tbi to the ram jet 350? are there major gains to be expected? is there a better way to go? any info greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
