Default ride height

I haven't started a project yet. It will be in the "brain storm" stage for a few years still.
But when I do, I like how this car sits. Is that a stock height? Or is this the popular lowered 2" variety?

I am planning a roadster shop full frame. I'm hoping that I can get a similar ride height with it as the one in the pic. What do yall think?
thanks

oops, I posted the wrong car

anybody have any thoughts ?

IMO that car is actually sitting higher than stock, especially in the rear. Those rims are enormous.
